GETTING THROWN OUT ON YOUR ASS IS A-OK IF YOU’RE OJ: Last we left off O.J. Simpson’s Greyhound to Hades, the Barry Bonds-headed one was getting thrown out on his ass from a Louisville steakhouse by the proprietor, Jeff Ruby.

Immediately after the removal, Simpson attorney Yale Galanter claimed racism and vowed to sue Ruby. Galanter: “He (Ruby) screwed with the wrong guy.”

Uh, apparently not, YALE.

Ruby guested on the KSPN-AM’s Big Show with Steve Mason and John Ireland Thursday and cleared up Galanter’s desperate rant, noting that he will not be sued because the Goldman family has made it clear that they would pursue any monies obtained in a subsequent legal action.

Ruby: “(I) got a phone call from the (Fred) Goldman Lawyer and he’s (Simpson attorney Yale Galanter) not going to be able to do this lawsuit anyways, because they have already taken pre-emptive action in case there is a claim.” (audio link)
