It’s been reported the last 48 hours that Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian have agreed to a pre-nuptial agreement. RadarOnline.com is claiming an “exclusive” in providing these details:
a flat sum of about $500,000 for every year they were married, $25,000 a month in general support, their new house, a new luxury vehicle at the end of every lease cycle, $5,000 a month for shopping, $1,000 for beauty care AND courtside Lakers tickets for everyone in her family
Not too sure how exclusive that is though, considering the exact same information has been circulating on the web for weeks now - probably leaked by the Kardashian camp.
But there’s at least one report claiming intimate knowledge of the *agreement*, and her account is quite different than what the main media was fed.

But Lamar’s lawyers had a counteroffer for Khloe — nothing. No alimony, no cars, no house . . . nothing, nada, zilch!!
And Khloe must really love Lamar because she decided to give in to his lawyer’s demands and signed an iron clad prenup giving her nothing if they divorce. Someone get me her attorney’s name so that I will be sure to NEVER EVER use their services. It makes you wonder if they ever heard the term NEGOTIATE!
So what’s next? Well according to insiders, Khloe and Lamar were getting their marriage license yesterday and are expected to have their official wedding as early as today….at his lawyers office.
Early in the post Sherrod claims that because Khloe is still going through with the agreement, she must be marrying him for “love and not money.”
More likely, Odom knows he has all the leverage in a pre-nup, as Kardashian has no inane, Ryan Seacrest-produced reality show without him. (Make that Odom’s lawyers know.)
So who do you believe, the main media’s account, via Radar Online, or the single, rogue gossip?
Since the Kardashians and Odom are no longer likeable enough for me to even care, the best I can offer is they deserve each other.

I think you have summed it up here perfectly “Since the Kardashians and Odom are no longer likeable enough for me to even care, the best I can offer is they deserve each other.”, and I also think that most people feel this way, hence the reason I strongly believe that this is just another attempt to drum up interest in the money making ventures of all the various parties.

you can’t sign a prenup that would give one party incentive to divorce. the terms laid out by Khole’s lawyer’s would clearly give her a windfall and promote divorce by the couple since they are so advantageous to her, so under CA laws the agreement would be unenforceable.

i should add that Lamar could have agreed to this and paid Kholoe as per that stupid agreement her lawyers wistfully drew up and have it be enforced, but if he decided to challenge it in court during the divorce, it would likely be deemed unenforceable by the court on the grounds that it was promoting divorce.
