A transgender New Yorker has filed a $10 million sex assault suit against an NFL player - and in a separate action is also suing the city, saying she was abused and humiliated by cops. Angelina Mavilia’s legal action against San Francisco 49ers cornerback Eric Green alleges he forcibly sodomized her.
The assault allegedly took place after the two met in a Phoenix-area last year, when Green was still a member of the Arizona Cardinals.
Following the alleged sodomy, the 38-year-old transgender woman reported the 27-year-old Green said “This never happened. You’d better not tell.”
Mavilia is also suing the city of New York for harassment by a female cop after she was arrested on a trespass charge in 2008:
A female cop twice demanded she take off her bra and panties and then peered at her genitals, according to court papers filed in Manhattan Federal Court.
“It’s a girl!” the cop is claimed to have yelled.
At Manhattan Central Booking, a correction officer ordered Mavilia to strip yet again and put her in a cell with a man.
“You’re not fooling me; I know you were not born a woman,” the officer allegedly mocked. “I can see your plastic surgery.”
Mavilia would not comment to the Daily News about the lawsuits.
Interesting to note that when the alleged sex assault took place in early 2009, there was never any criminal charges brought against Green by Mavilia and no police report of the incident. With that in mind, the civil claim is dubious at best - as is the Daily News decision to report it.

Yes it is, Man law says if you have one birthday over the age of 18 as a man..no matter what you become later in life, your a man, so knowing or not, that makes it a gay act.
