I lived in the Tampa/St. Pete area for a decade. I only went to a single NFL game. It was impossible to get a decent seat without paying a fortune and you also had to deal the horrible traffic and parking. Then there's all the searching and pilfering through your belongings, the patdowns and shakedowns.

Seriously, I'd rather have someone puke on me than go through that again. But to have to pay through the nose for it? No thank you.

For the record, I did not watch a single NFL game last year, except for the Super Bowl. I'm now sick of the commercials and the idiot commentary. NFL has become more than football. It's some kind of weird sensory media that makes me dizzy to watch on TV.

I'm 40. I walk my dogs and have gotten into archery and landscaping around the house in the Fall/Winter. I used to adore NFL. It has now lost 90% of it's allure. I find other things to occupy my time and my mind.
