That listing for $320 is from Stubhub, so the seller can sell those tickets for any amount they choose. The picture of the sale page is a Stubhub sale page attached to a picture of what may be the seat view, but not a seat view picture shown on the actual sale page.

I went to Stubhub and I found the sale page in question. It's an reducing-price style listing, and as of today, it's down to $305.

<a href="http://www.stubhub.com/new-york-yankees-tickets/?ticket_id=166180427" title="http://www.stubhub.com/new-york-yankees-tickets/?ticket_id=166180427" rel="nofollow">http://www.stubhub.com/new-york-yankees-tickets/?ticket_id=16618042...</a>

The Yankees are not selling those seats for $320. Another seller on Stubhub has tickets in the same row and the same section for $80 a piece, and I'm sure he's making a profit on them as well.

Let's not kill the Yankees for what some greedy jerk on Stubhub is doing.
