WOWT-TV in Omaha reports local man Paul “Krause hit his son with his fist four times after the child struck out twice in a baseball game. The boy suffered a black eye, a swollen lip and bruises to his ear and brow.”

After being arrested, Krause later pleaded guilty to beating his son. His sentence? No jail time and a small fine.

Krause has two other children: a three-year-old and a baby.
