PESKY PLAQUE BUILDUP NOT JUST PLAGUING NASCAR FANS: The HARTFORD COURANT has Charles Barkley piling on NASCAR, reporting that “on a recent TNT NBA broadcast the network showed a sneak preview viewing of the new opening video they put together for their Nextel Cup coverage. The video features the band Hinder doing a ‘Born To Be Wild’ cover with a video featuring some scantily young ladies.”

After it was shown Barkley dropped this line on viewers: “That’s false advertising. Those women had their own teeth, and they were clean. They had nice hair. They don’t have those type of women at NASCAR.”
Apparently Chuck is unaware of the demographic of red state-rock fans.
