A lot of times the speeds are faster and the cops write them up as a slower speed. Especially when they are other charges. Trust somebody thats been pulled over and has had some charges for other things arise from the stop. Usually they pull back on the traffic stuff and stick the drug stuff harder.

In Florida, specially South Florida, going 10mph over is common and usually you dont get pulled for it, So her going 8mph over and getting pulled the cops must have known something more was going on in that vehicle.. Most cops are pretty smart, I bet there were cars flying past her while she was clocked at 58…. Welcome to South Florida…
