Wasn’t it two weeks ago the Cardinals couldn’t give away tickets to their playoff game? Now we’ve got a fan willing to tattoo his ass to get into tomorrow’s NFC title game? That bandwagon’s growing faster than the conurbation of suburbs they call Phoenix.

Fredy Gutierrez was willing to get inked where the sun doesn’t shine in exchange for four tickets to tomorrow’s game against the Eagles, courtesy a local sports talk radio station. Now it would be one thing if it were a Cardinals logo - there’s slightly less shame in showing your loyalty to your team. But showing your loyalty to KTAR 620, with Gambo and Ash? That photo is the literal definition of dumb ass.

Now if you’re not familiar with the comedic styling of Gambo and Ash, rest assured they’re probably just like the loudmouthed, crude, puerile drive-time hosts in your area. The runaway winner of a “What Would You Do?” contest, Gutierrez got the tattoo on his backside in the studio, and will take his 9 year-old son Marcus to the game.

“The only thing I can say is that I hope that my son enjoys it,” Gutierrez said about the game.

Marcus said he is looking forward to going to the game, and will likely have memories from the experience that will last a lifetime - just like his father will.

What does Gutierrez’s wife think about the new tattoo?

“She thinks I’m pretty crazy,” Gutierrez said.
