*SHOCK* TEJADA TRADED JUST BEFORE MITCH BOMBSHELL: Miguel Tejada was traded today from Balto to Houston, one day before he could possibly be named in the Mitchell Report. Very, very interesting timing. We’re sure it’s a complete coincidence.

LONE STAR BALL has this assessment of the deal: “Houston just gave up a crapload of talent for a guy who they are probably going to have to move to third base, and who is under contract for two more years at $13 million per year. … Great trade for Baltimore.“Uh, that’s a first.
