Michigan Fan Burns Daughters Favorite Hat In Protest of Lloyd Carr

MICH COACH LLOYD CARR IS TEARING THIS FAMILY APART: A Michigan fan has had enough of Lloyd Carr, and is willing to make his daughter cry to prove his point:

In the 2-minute video recorded right after the Appalachian State loss, the 47-year-old fan, wearing a “World’s Greatest Dad” shirt, holds an “M” cap claiming to be his daughter’s favorite. He soon sets it ablaze in the family fire pit, while you can hear the off-screen wails of a young girl screaming “NOOOOOOOOOOO!

The fan claims he’ll roast a new piece of Michigan merchandise every week that Carr remains in charge. If this were true for other angry Wolverine fans, Maize & Blue apparel sales would skyrocket - just like religious kids in the ’60s buying Beatles records just to burn them after John Lennon’s “We’re bigger than Jesus” quip.

As the hat burns, the fan comments, “If it were anything like the Michigan defense, it would be torched real quick.”

The ceremony concluded with a toast with a handy Bud Light, and these final words for Lloyd: “You may be a good man, a good father, which I have no doubts, but you’re a terrible coach.”

At the end, you can hear the girl start to question the sanity of it all, yelling “What’s the point?” before getting cut off.

What’s the point, indeed.
