Former New York Giant and current FOX football analyst Michael Strahan seems to have a pretty hard time trusting the women in his life. It was found out during a well-publicized divorce proceeding that Strahan had been having his ex-wife’s phone conversations from their New Jersey mansion tapped, and that he’d also put in a high tech video surveillance system in the house that his ex-wife said he put in to spy on her sister.
Michael Strahan is literally tapping that ass
Well now it seems that Michael is not yet finished with pretending to be Jack Bauer. He’s currently dating Eddie Murphy’s ex-wife Nicole Murphy, and it seems Strahan is having just as hard a time trusting her. I mean, why else would he be putting tracking devices in her car?
From the NEW YORK POST:
It’s the second time Strahan, who now lives in California, used the Big Brother tactic on gal pal Nicole Murphy, the ex-wife of comedian Eddie Murphy, a source said.
Murphy also began to suspect Strahan was checking up on her. There were “too many instances where he knew where she was,” said a source.
Things came to a head Feb. 20, after Spencer and Murphy took her Range Rover to a luxury dealership in Thousand Oaks, Calif.. Mechanics quickly discovered the tracking apparatus.
“This is the second tracking device he’s had put in her car,” one source said.
The Spencer mentioned in the excerpt is Universal Records’ A&R executive Demetrius Spencer, whom Nicole Murphy had been dating behind Strahan’s back for over a year at the time they found the tracking device. The two brought the Range Rover to the dealership to have it removed, and then went out to lunch while the mechanics worked on it.
That’s when Strahan barged through the door of the shop and went into the car and ripped out the device before leaving the shop.
Murphy has since broken it off with Spencer and now the two of them are just friends. Which means Michael better put a new tracking device in her car.
