		<description>When Michael Jordan started out, he was touted as "the next Dr J". You know you actually "make it" when they stop referring to you as"the next..." and you have a name of your own. 

If you ever start hearing of rookies referred to as "the next Kobe Bryant" (doubtful), then Kobe will know he made it.</description>
