If she only grows to 5'4" she won't be a top tennis player. If she meets a boy at 13 and quits tennis....a million things can happen. Current top 10 pros have started at age 5 and some at age 9. There is no recipe. This girl, nor her father, do not appear to have much natural muscle tone like some amazing 4-5 year old athletes do.
