Rick Chandler, are you kidding me? Nowhere in the interview with Vara did it mention Merriman actually choking Tila. All of the witnesses also said she was not choked. If you read the whole interview she is being accused of faking the neck injury. Nobody could find evidence of her being choked. Yet you are taking a poll on whether he should be prosecuted for choking her?
