No big deal. It shows confidence. It shows freedom. I’d qualify too in that Olympics…with my appetite (just put some Habanero sauce on that Chicken and I’m eating it all!!!..and I’m a white, 88% 4th generation German-American (the other 12%, is Polish–I tell those joke myself–don’t get me started). I myself and others in my East-Coast surrounds (the English and Irish Americans) play fun at my Midwestern German heritage with sausage and sauerkraut jokes, beer jokes, bratwurst jokes, nazi jokes. People who blew this out of proportion need to get a life!

Johnnie… this a little beyond you… but when you speak to “the blacks” you are speaking to a large, diverse group, and some of them, like myself, were not actually involved in the making of “speed watermelon eating” videos. And therefore, do not feel the need to address them with you. You are free to make these videos if you’d like, but unless you’re 15, you realize by now that who you’re speaking to and how they see you has a lot to do with how your message is received. You can’t have it all. So be happy with you are and what you have, and realize that being able to make jokes about watermelon and chicken probably isn’t a good tradeoff.

When will the brothers learn? They (the blacks) would be outraged if whites created a skit like the “Black Olympics” but it isn’t off limits for them to come up with the concept. Next thing you’ll know it will be politically incorrect for white people to even laugh at this. You can’t have it both ways guys.
