A car registered to Buffalo Bills running back Marshawn Lynch allegedly hit a pedestrian at approximately 3:30 am Saturday in Buffalo, NY, according to WGRZ-TV in Buffalo. The woman apparently laid in the street for 15 minutes before walking to a nearby ambulance. (It’s not clear if bar staff mentioned in the store actually assisted the woman.)

Lynch has had difficulties with his car before this weekend. While in college, his car was shot multiple times when he visited his old high school to wish his sister well upon graduation. No one was in the car at the time of the shooting and it is widely believed Lynch was not the target of the attack.

Lynch has made it a point to live in Buffalo in the offseason and become a larger part of the community. However, we’re fairly certain Applebee’s and Dave and Buster’s aren’t open until 3:30 am. We look forward to the woman’s full recovery and a full explanation of Saturday night’s events.
