Of course a year later O.J.’s ex-wife ends up dead and she is on the phone with me and I ask her and she says “He did it. No doubt.” He used to treat his first wife horribly and sleep with anything that had a pulse. He probably has 25 kids in Buffalo alone. I often wonder how much it cost him to keep his ex-wife (Margarite sp?) quiet.

My mentor actually saw O.J. grab her by the hair and basically drag her out of a party for the team and their famiiies, and saw him be extremely rough with her on many occasions. She said her husband sort of laughed it all off, and he was an abusive creep too. At her divorce (my mentor’s) she said that a lot of stuff came out about what was going on with the Bills and their extensive groupie network and how the young ladies would be basically passed around from player to player, and everybody was hooking up with OJ’s leftovers or rejects. Every road game was like an orgy at the team’s hotel.

He also was covered for by the Buffalo police for years and years. They ALWAYS looked the other way. If he had played in the age of information and especially the world wide web, there is no doubt in my mind that he’d be thought of as a Pacman Jones/Michael Vick/Marshawn Lynch type of character. In those days of coverups and overly protective hero worship he was looked at as a hero and built into some super great guy. We can see how well that all worked out.
