If he makes himself accessible then maybe people don't feel like they need to do this junk in order for him to show that he recognizes and appreciates his fans. He is much more accessible than Jordan ever was (including when Jordan was playing on some Bulls teams that were lucky to get into double digit wins). Perhaps he wants to sit down and talk with this guy and tell him to help spread the word that you don't need to act like a nut in order for Lebron to take notice. You don't want to anger your fans, but you don't want to encourage stalkers either. I understand all of that, so it is a very fine line. So far Lebron comes out looking good because he isn't jumping to a conclusion and having the guy charged and/or suing him for it. He's reaching out to his fans. Lebron James gets it in a way.
