That bastion of journalist integrity, MediaTakeOut.com, blared this morning a “world exclusive” that Khloe Odom is officially pregnant, with this photo as evidence:

MediaTakeOut.com just RECEIVED WORD - Khloe Kardashian IS PREGNANT!!! Word is that she’ll be making an announcement about it VERY shortly!!!
Congrats to her and Lamar!!
MTO also rewards us with a one of its patently amusing doctored photos - replete with obligatory opaque URL strip right through the pic’s middle.
One small detail: the photo posted by MTO is well over two months old, and several blogs posted it at the time - while also referencing pregnancy.
Taresa Moniece in her blog CLEARLY FABULOUS posted this image with the following copy on October 7:
Did Khloe Kardashian suddenly get married to baller Lamar Odom because of a baby? We’re not trying to start any mess, buy Khloe was spotted in Beverly Hills October 7 with what looks like a baby bump in a cute purple mini dress. Are our eyes deceiving us, or does she look pregnant to you too? She’s glowing.
And Moniece wasn’t alone in her reportage in the blogosphere.
Of course, Media Take Out is reporting that it has confirmed Ms. Odom is pregnant, which the other earlier posts did not. But in the confirmation post, MTO cited the same moldy, old photo posted by other blogs months earlier as clear evidence of the pregnancy. So obviously the site’s claim is a little dubious. Then again, I’m not telling you something you don’t already know. (What, you can’t indulge me now and again?)
So does that October photo present the possibility that Ms. Odom married Lamar because she was pregnant? Anything’s possible. For all I know, Ms. Odom found out she was pregnant, told her reality show producer Ryan Seacrest, and he had the brilliant idea to stage a fake marriage for the show.
Nah, Seacrest and the Kardashians would never stoop that low in fabricating a scenario for the show. Never.

My roommate is a girl who watches her show. Now that my disclaimer is out of the way: Last night, when they were showing a preview of next week’s episode, Kim told her mom that Khloe is preggers. Nobody broke any story here. It was announced on the show. Blog on breaking news bloggers and rumor mongers.
