When are these numskulls going to realize TWITTER IS A PUBLIC FORUM?!?!?!? The “oh, I was just joking” or “it wasn’t me” BS excuses do not fly.

My god, it makes one wonder how some of these folks have the mental capacity to dress themselves, let alone use Twitter correctly.
