Corporate sponsorship is all over campuses now anyway. Every classroom in the Business & Economics building at UK when I went there had a large plaque on the wall with a corporation’s name on it because they donated money to the university. I’m not saying this is a good idea, but universities all over the country whore themselves out for money to attract the best students (or maybe in this case, the best student athletes). No student athlete is going to turn their nose up at UK because of the name of (what I’m sure would be, at least compared to others) a luxurious “dorm.” BTW, Dave Zyrain, or whatever the fuck his name is, sure thinks he’s a lot funnier than I do. Just sayin’.

Maybe they can change it to the Joe B. Coal Center. With their inability to read and their hickish accents down there, it will just come off as Joe B. Hall anyway.
