INDY PACERS BAR BEHAVIOR NO HEE HAW TO GRAND JURY: The INDIANAPOLIS STAR is reporting today that Indiana Pacers Jamaal Tinsley and Marquis Daniels have been indicted by a Marion County grand jury for a Feb. 6 fight at an Indianapolis bar.

The duo’s show of disappointment over a home loss to Golden State the night before was a little more serious than a Larry King slap fight, with the bar manager the unfortunate recipient of their overt unkindness.
Tinsley’s trail of woe: Intimidation, a Class D felony, and three misdemeanors — battery, disorderly conduct and intimidation. Daniels is charged with battery and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors.

After seeing this scene (above) from the country bar which Tinsley and Daniels were patronizing, the 8 seconds Saloon, I’m sure it comes as a major shock to all of us that two African-American males would run into any trouble there.
