If my school’s athletic trainer would have looked like Hope Jacoby, who worked at Tustin High in Orange County, CA, I probably would have been injured more often. Especially if her - ahem - massage techniques were the same as hers allegedly were. THE ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER reports that Jacoby is due in court today on charges that she had a sexual relationship with a Tustin High athlete for more than a year.
This probably explains the sudden rise in groin pulls among the Tillers (and yes, a Tiller is someone who does plowing - make your own joke about it). Because - and this is a rarity in these sort of cases - Jacoby is smoking hot. She still has her MySpace page up, including a page full of photos with her in flirty poses (including some with guys who look suspiciously teen aged). More photos of Jacoby are after the jump:
Of course, we don’t know who the “victim” in this case is since he’s a minor, only that he’s a 17-year-old male student. Although I suspect that if you were to go on campus to look for him, he’d be the one all the other male students bow down to anytime he walks past.
Then again, these charges could be trumped up, but what reason would a kid in high school have for lying about having sex with the hot trainer? Someone has a created a Facebook group called “Free Hope Jacoby” that is dedicated to defending her honor, although the logic seems to be “she’s hot, so how can you say it was rape?”
No matter what, it’s hardly The Chicago Seven. I find it interested that one of the charges against Jacoby is distributing pornography to a minor. Really? If you were having sex with her when you were 17, would you really need a Hustler magazine - ever?
