When the DES MOINES REGISTER recently asked Iowans what Hawkeye State celebrity they’d like to make sweet love to, many gals went gaga over Gene Chizik.

THE WIZARD OF ODDS informs us that the Iowa State football coach was one of the lucky few fellows that Des Moines dames desired as their “celebrity sex partner“.

Chizik joins such other Iowa adonises as Ashton Kutcher, Kyle Korver’s brother Klayton and Governor Chet Culver. (Girls, try not to get too excited reading this list.)

The risque question was put forth by the Register’s DMJuice entertainment section. (Of course, it would help if they spelled Gene’s last name correctly.) Apparently, many ladies were willing to overlook Chizik’s 3-9 debut season, which saw losses to Kent State and Northern Iowa.

Maybe it’s because one of the Cyclones victories was over state rival Iowa. And you don’t see Kirk Ferentz’s name anywhere on the sex list, do you?
