		<description>The throwing of the octopus tradition is not for &#34;good luck&#34;.  It is a tradition rooted in the early rules of the NHL.  When the tradition began, prior to the 7 game series format, it took 8 victories during the playoffs to win the cup.  And I guarantee at least one octopus will make it onto the ice in Pittsburgh.  Go Wings!  </description>
