I teach at the school where Mark went for high school, and I am active in athletics so I have had number of encounters with him and his family. All class acts and extremely supportive of each other. Mark was (and I am sure still is) a very good student (he took many A.P. courses) as well as an active member in service clubs. His younger brother continues to be active in the school community. Mark is deserving of all of the accolades he has earned both on and off of the field. If you ever get the chance to speak with him, it will become evident that he is a young man of substantial character.

Herzlich must be a pretty special kid, the Clemson coach presented him with a Clemson #94 jersey before last week’s game against BC………both are real nice gestures……

as a parent of a BC freshman, it makes me proud to belong to a great conference like the ACC
