		<description>I'm not sure the state of CA is that insistent that there HAS to be TWO furlough days EACH month. And if they're not, here's my suggestion: Have half the football coaching staff take 20 furlough days in January; have the other half take 20 furlough days in February. Then, the entire coaching staff can take their remaining 4 furlough days in late May (all furloughs have to be honored by June 30, 2010). 

Stanford, USC, and the rest of the nation licks its chops at the big advantage they'll have over the UC/CSU system schools these next few years.</description>
