Here’s the first photographic glimpse of Michael David Barrett, the man accused of making nude peephole video of ESPN sideline reporter Erin Andrews:

Barrett is due in court this morning for a bond hearing.

A Chicago judge will determine at the proceeding if Barrett will be released and travel alone to L.A. to interstate stalking charges or if he’ll remain in custody and be accompanied by law enforcement to California.

TMZ.com reports this morning that, “Erin’s lawyer told “Good Morning America” that Andrews and her stylist helped determine when and where the footage was shot by checking out the designer jeans she was wearing in some of the footage.“
