Joe Schad: LeGarrette Blount Reinstated By Ducks

Joe Schad of ESPN Tweeted today that Oregon’s LeGarrette Blount has been reinstated to the Ducks’ active roster.

LeGarrette Blount Reinstated Reported By Joe Schad

Blount was eligible to come back last Saturday at Stanford, but as we told you last Friday, Ducks Coach Chip Kelly preferred to bring Blount back at the friendly confines of Autzen Stadium in Eugene, not on the road.

Many have also opined that Kelly was in no hurry to bring Blount back considering the success the Ducks were having since the Boise State game. LaMichael James has emerged as an elite back and Oregon was really in no need of Blount’s services - until perhaps Saturday in a loss to Stanford.

Oregon has Arizona State Saturday. Can’t imagine Blount will play a huge role in the game plan, but at the very least, the Ducks get back a complement to James, whose running style couldn’t be more different than Blount’s.

Haha so true MTB. Dez Bryant lies about going to dinner but this guy goes apesh*t on his own teammate, opponent, and spectators.

This is the most absurd thing. Oregon must put more money into NCAA officials pockets….. NCAA from the top down are all a bunch of USC loving crooks………………..
