A World Without Bob Ley? Please, Don’t Tease Us

Imagine a world with no ESPN. No Steven A. Smith (who has been yelling at me ALL MORNING). No Chris Berman. No Colin Cowherd. Quiet, isn’t it?

Well, leave it to ESPN to take all the fun out of their death. Jerks.

If you happen to be a member of the ESPN Fan Zone, then you’ve already got your hands on this fantastic offer.

One great way to get at how much you love something is to imagine it’s gone. So play along with us here:
Imagine that ESPN has passed away and you’ve been asked to deliver a eulogy at its funeral.

That’s right. If you’re a Fan Zone member, you can write a fake eulogy for a fake death of a television station. I’m speechless.

But in case you were wondering, ESPN makes is pretty clear that they aren’t actually dead:

This is just a game. ESPN is thriving, growing, and has never been more alive.

Too bad.

ESPN’s not dead, it’s just resting. Pining for the fjords. Lovely plumage.
