Espn fired him due more to his poor history than his ratings. His radio show was full of racial undertones, arrogant talk and inside jokes that listeners seem to just not get. I enjoyed the show 60% of the time however really hated the racial days when there would be some heated discussion and kevin would look like a clan member afterwords. The addition of nate newton only stired things up more...there were days I would just turn it off. They would have nate, mike and the guy working the boards(teenwolf) all jumping on kevin. There were so many days I spent listening where mike spent "teaching" and only ended up alienating his audience with his "I know alll and you know squat" attitude. Based upon the statements from the spokesperson for the police, it appears that the latter is what happened. That Brooks still does not know the difference between the two, means that he should forgo commenting upon legal matters until he obtains a basic understanding of the legal system.
