I wanted to vote for Heather Graham, I really did, but I saw a movie of hers where she bared her chest and she has horrible nipples. Missed a couple of other ladies who have been wearing this dress this summer : Cheryl Burke, Heidi Montag, and others. Although on second thought, don’t mention Montag - if we ignore her, maybe she’ll go away.
