Which is a common and accepted practice among the "socially elite". I currently don't live in Cali right now but did live there for about 15 years.  Just to prove I don't dislike everything about Cali, I am lifelong Raider fan and have been a Laker fan since 1979. So don't hate too hard but feel free to "opine". Just another case of a Californian not want to accept responsiblity for his actions.
