Dexter McCluster: Biggest Cutback Since The UAW

Best individual performance of the day (so far) belongs to Ole Miss running back Dexter McCluster, who rushed for 324 yards in a 42-17 win over Tennessee.

Dexter McCluster Ole Miss Running Back 71 Yard Run

(With apologies to our beloved United Auto Workers)

Highlight of his day was this amazing scamper, which featured a sweet sideline-to-sideline cutback that punctuated a 71-yard run.

Dang, he’s fast! Once he cut back cross-field, the Tennessee defenders gave up trying to catch him about halfway across.

I had to watch the replay three times of the moment when he broke through the line - I still couldn’t see it all, it happened so fast. One moment he’s bumping into one of his own linemen, then he does an incredibly quick fake and darts left, but I still can’t see everything he did.

If this guy stays healthy he’s definately got a pro career in the making.
