As long as the vacant L.A. plum is out there, the owners can use that as leverage against their own home cities to score better & better financial deals. "Hey, taxpayers, we really need a better stadium with more luxury boxes & it's own helipad. If you don't pay up, we're moving the team to Los Angeles!" Seems to me the other NFL owners will do whatever they can to keep the Vikings from moving to Southern California.
