Attention, Virginia Tech gals: Derek Jeter is on the prowl - and on his way!
The Yankees will be heading to Blacksburg next week to take on the Hokies in hot exhibition action. And as Peter Abraham of the WESTCHESTER (NY) JOURNAL NEWS reports, the World’s Sexiest Shortshop may be shopping for a sorority sweetie.
During a conference call on Thursday, Jeter was jokingly asked if he’ll be on the lookout for love during his visit:
Female reporter: “Derek, you’re going to be arguably the most famous person ever to be on Virginia Tech’s campus. Do you think you’ll finally be able to find a girlfriend here?”
Jeter: “Uh, unfortunately we don’t get a chance to stay for a couple of days, we’re only there a few hours. If you have anyone in mind though, let me know.”
Male reporter: “Well, I don’t know if I can top that one …”
Jeter: “Hey, if you have anyone in mind too, buddy, let me know.”
How romantic. But a word of warning to any hopeful Hokie hotties: The guy gets around. So be sure to use proper protection, or you VT co-eds will be VD co-eds.

I just think it’s sad that A-rod and Jete called it off. They seemed so happy together….. eating popcorn, having sleepovers, “shagging balls”.
It must be tough working with your ex.

They havent officially called it off. They are both on the down low.
