TMZ.com has obtained the documents contained in today’s petition for the dissolution of marriage between Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren Woods.

The petition, which was subsequently approved by a judge in Panama City, Fla., today, does reveal details previously unknown regarding the couple’s parting.
In the filing, Elin petitioned and was granted restoration of her maiden name:
