Let me say this, I am a die hard Bills fans growing up in the area. I was in Tampa with some friends and struck up a conversation with a bartender in 1998. He told me Jim Kelly was out after 2am that night and could barely walk. I never heard anything about the other Superbowls, but the one in Tampa in 1991 sounds legit.

This has even happened at the high school level back in the day, or maybe tomorrow! People follow cycles and young men reek of delusions of invinsibility so multiply compensation and opportunity by millions then throw in opportunists golddiggers and the good times will roll for some of them almost all the time.
