Well, good luck seeing them anywhere. An interesting note appeared in the article’s comments section from a Michigan State student, who asked the local cable company to put the channel on its basic service:
“When I e-mailed Comcast to inquire, they said it wasn’t fair to include it in East Lansing’s regular service because MOST people in that area are not Big Ten fans.”
