i could see where it would suck for the players if they are all as bigoted as you, obviously the big 12 is the bible belt, so it makes sense, whatever school you are talking about. next why don't you tell us about how Rihanna asked chris brown to beat her. FYI, I played college basketball and i am a woman, and guess what, there are gay guys on the football team too! why don't you worry about something that really matters, and not what other people do in their own homes. guess what, kids these days don't have such a big problem with the gays, welcome to this century, i am sure the red states will be here in about 20 more years.

I work at a Big 12 school with a nationally ranked women's bb team. Our coach was overheard telling a recruit, "Don't go to *in state rival school*. They have a lot more lesbians on their team. Come here instead. You won't have to worry about that."

It's real folks…and as much as it sucks for the fans, it's even worse for the players.
