Yes the game was screwed up by the officials, but enough with the name calling. Calling Blatt a Russian is school yard stuff.

In a lot of international sports, coachs work with elite altheletes from countries other than that of the coach.

That was the most blatantly fixed game have ever seen. When it ended, everyone was stunned and couldn’t believe the Olympic authorities would allow such a travesty. I work with a Russian who periodically busts my chops about the game. It was one sport’s all time low lights.

Remember watching it like it was yesterday. It is as much of a joke today as it was then. Can we have do over of 2/2/08 so the Pats can go 19-0? That day, the Olympics resembled the WWE. I can only hope that the Russians get their asses handed to them tomorrow
