Everything being said on the shows is that he can coach but he can’t recruit. Notre Dame has no speed in the secondary and teams torch them once they get around the corners. Not being an ND fan I enjoy watching them get beat. I think Colin Cowherd had it right when he said big time recruits want to go to warm weather schools. With that said, it’s a big disadvantage in recruiting against the the SEC schools or even USC.

I hate to say this as a Cal fan, but I really like the Stanfurd band. They’re obnoxious and annoying, but at least they’re original and clearly having a great time. All other college bands are pretty much the same.

The tree, on the other hand, should fall down an elevator shaft.

How does anyone NOT recognize that the Stanford band is just a collection of douchebags? I see being “lampooned” (quotations because lampooning generally involves some actual humor) by the lamest band on earth as roughly equivalent to being roasted by Carlos Mencia, who gives a damn. The last time these fools had seen a vj, it was wrapped around their neck. Strike that, they probably have one skank in the band they all hit up on.

Stanfordians, don’t get rid of the band because they show up drunk, or their performances are a little risque or whatever. Get rid of them because they make you all look like a bunch of band geeks who think they are hi-lar-ious!

I’m starting to question the whole “sucker punch” theme. Sucker punches normally land on the back or side of the head or the jaw because they were delivered from behind or the side. A black eye normally (90%-95% of the time) results from a punch that you see coming, thus negating the “sucker punch.” I can imagine this douche biting off more than he could chew and to save face everyone in his camp says it was a “sucker punch.”

I’m a huge ND fan, but does anyone remember who the OC for the Patriots was during their spygate years?!? Yea, and ppl are surprised this didn’t work out. The guy can’t coach! At NE they cheated and knew what the D was calling! Any decent coach would have this team undefeated right now with this talent. And I’m tired of all this Charlie Weis is a hard worker/great recruiter crap. It’s ND, the recruits will come, they need someone that can coach. sry just needed to vent.
