BARON DAVIS’ CONTRACT EXTENSION OFFICIALLY ON HOLD: It’s been a tough week for Warriors Owner Chris Cohan.

First, his NBA team got embarrassed in the second round of the NBA playoffs by the Utah Jazz.

Second, the SAN FRANCISCO CHRONICLE reports today Cohan is facing charges he “evaded taxes and owes the government more than $160[M].“ The IRS claims he “engaged in three potentially abusive tax shelters (and is) the subject of an [IRS] demand for taxes owed.”

Sounds like someone is going to be hocking a whole lotta of “We Believe” shirts on Ebay.
