What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas - unless you’re Charles Barkley, and a casino wants its $400,000 back.

FAN IQ deals up news from the LAS VEGAS SUN that the Round Mound of Rebound is being sued by Wynn Las Vegas over the hefty line of credit they extended him. The problem? He never paid it back:

In its four-page lawsuit, the resort said it had extended four $100,000 markers to Barkley, two each on Oct. 18 and Oct. 19, that have not been paid back.

In addition to the $400K, the casino is also asking for money to cover attorney fees, court costs and interest on the owed amount.

Not only that, the Wynn has also convinced the Clark County district attorney’s office to open a criminal investigation on Sir Charles.

Come on, give the guy a break. He already took a bath on the Super Bowl.

However, the D.A.’s office suggests that they’ll drop any possible charges against Barkley if he just pays back the money. Otherwise, he could be facing a felony.

So, what does Chuck have to say about all this?

Indeed.
