		<description>Sorry, but I agree with the fine levied against Cromartie. By saying that's why they can't win the SuperBowl, he effectively criticizing management. Food complaints is one thing, but making a comment about not being able to win a SuperBowl is a direct swipe at ownership and management.

I agree they should be allowed to speak their minds, but they're still employees of the organization, and employers have the right to discipline a subordinate employee.</description>
