GT Offers Job To Coach; School Responds to SbB

Earlier today I reported on Facebook that Georgia Tech interviewed Tulsa head basketball coach Doug Wojcik for its hoops coaching vacancy on Thursday.

Subsequent to that post, I’ve learned from a Georgia Tech athletic department source that the school has offered the job to another coach.

Official: Anderson Departs Missouri For Arkansas

An athletic department source at the University of Missouri confirmed to me this afternoon that Mike Anderson has informed Mizzou Athletic Director Mike Alden that he is departing the school for Arkansas.

After the news, Alden had the sign above Anderson’s personal parking spot outside Mizzou Arena removed.
