Wow. For those of you who don't know (this is the instructions athletes get) if you think you might be close to a DUI you are supposed to request a blood test. By law the police have to oblige and it takes a while to get to the station and administer the test. The idea is that by the time they give you the test your BAC will be back down under the legal limit. (The two glasses of red wine addition is just a nice touch). Basically what Im saying is that Melo was HAMMERED when they pulled him over. For a guy that big whos metabolism is probably out of this world 9despite his pudgy exterior) he had to have easily cleared double digits on the cocktail counter. How hard is it to take a freaking cab? Double the legal limit from a blood test? Wow.
