Yeah, I think he should receive an apology. Some of those people might have been upset in the first two periods but I don't see the reason to blame the owner. If I were to blame someone, I would blame the coach (though he knows what he is doing most of the time and a really nice guy so I couldn't be mean to him) The coach usually knows more than the owner. Besides I don't think Ted knows much about hockey. I read in a newspaper article he just wanted to own a sports team and the caps were up to grab.

You leave out a pretty big fact about that game. Yes he does deserve an apology. Those fans were ripping a team that was down 4-0, little did they know that the caps would come back and win it in OT 5-4 (yeah 5 straight goals). Clearly those "fans" only became "fans" in March of 2008

I agree that Ted rightfully demands an apology for all the demeaning messages sent to him. The Internet is not for that kind of rude behavior.
