Cam Newton Laptop: Exhibit B In Hall of Shame

Yesterday I posted two documents that served as a partial “payroll” guide for the infamous 1982 SMU Mustangs.

Cam Newton Laptop Photo

I don’t think I’m exaggerating in saying that those documents could perhaps be the most notorious college football artifacts ever made public.

Thanks to Twitter yesterday, another infamous piece of college football history popped up.

Florida-based bloggr Erin Everhart posted the above photo of herself on Tuesday with the laptop that Cam Newton allegedly stole while he was a student at the Univ. of Florida. (Bonus: gratuitous, superfluous TV screen capture of Erin the photo.)

The Univ. of Florida police department’s description of the laptop (page 2) matches the laptop in the photo.

So why was Everhart in possession of the laptop?

Could it be that she’s the one person in the Western Hemisphere that buys those service agreements?!?

    Hilarious! I love this.

I remember reading the story about how they came to ask him about the laptop, saw the laptop, then he went to his room to take a phone call….and the laptop was gone. They found it just outside his window, but it wasn’t stolen, he just liked to surf the ‘net by the window like he does and it must have fallen or some Bammer was trying to frame him, right?

    NAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!

    War Tiger!
    Er, I mean, Go Eagles!
    Wait, GO DUCKS!

No “get over it”!!! It’s as wrong today, tomorrow, and 50 years from now as was wrong the day it happened. The question of the decade is “Why do the morally bankrupt feel obligated to forgive solely on the merit of time-gone-by”? Cam Newton is the same cheating scum-bag that he was the day he cheated on his Florida exams, solicited his services to the University with the biggest check, and as the day he stole the computer.,, and the countless other offenses that he committed but wasn’t caught at. Cam Newton is an the same club as Tiger Woods,, smug a-holes who think that they can live by different rules because they play sports well. Character counts.

LaMichael James has been arrested twice in the last two years, both for violent crimes… and was at the Heisman ceremony. Troy Smith took $500 from a booster… and later won the Heisman. Ray Lewis and Dontae Stallworth killed people. The sport isn’t exactly played by angels. Relatively speaking, buying a stolen laptop seems pretty friggin trivial. Put the torches down people, it’s just football.

whatever, she can watch him make millions in the pros, while she’s working in accounting in a cubicle for a manure distribution factory.

Well, the only problem is he didn’t buy a stolen laptop. He stole it. He also stole an Xbox from a teammate that was later returned.

His story changed several times before the latest iteration. Of course, then Kenny Rogers’ story changes that makes him unbelievable. But, when Cam changes his story, let’s just believe him.

txAUtiger - you moron, Ray Lewis never killed anyone and was never on trial for murder. He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of obstruction of justice for making false, incomplete, and misleading statements to police after two people were killed in a fight involving two of his acquaintances. He testified for the prosecution in the murder trial against those two, who were acquitted of all charges.

Cam stole the laptop. But he didn’t know he stole it. So, that gets him off the hook right?

I bet you still believe in Santa Claus too don’t cha Barner?

Maybe the REC found the laptop, gave it to this girl, and paid her to post it on Twitter.

We all know that Newton is pure as the driven snow and that Auburn did nothing wrong in his recruitment.

Auburn is the trash of all College football. F*** you you f***ing frAUds.

How does it feel to have a record number of teams on probation. Sixteen I believe.

You guys are hard to grasp! You accuse others of cheating, yet since 1992 you are entangled 15 out the last 18 years with the NCAA.

    PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND?
